  1. Powercycle your devices


  • Power off your Orbi system. Please include your modem as well if it is there.

  • After that, you need to unplug all the Orbi WiFi system from the power port and leave it as it is for a few minutes.

  • Connect all the devices to their respective power ports. Allow a few minutes to let them turn On properly.

  • After that, press your Orbi router’s reset button and hold it for a few seconds.

  • At last, release your Orbi router’s reset button and allow the router to restore its factory default settings. 


 2.Resync the Orbi satellite


  • Resync the Orbi satellite to the Orbi WiFi router if Orbi flashing white light.

  • After that, make sure that the Orbi satellite and router are turned On.

  • Press the SYNC button on your Orbi satellite and router. Wait for 2 minutes.

  • After that, press the SYNC button once again. 

  • Cross-check whether the resync process is successful. A blue light will appear on the router or satellite.
